TERMS AND CONDITIONS

AC Party has a complete showroom open to the public. You can handle, setup, test, match, or even mismatch, if you’d like, any of our items. You may consult with our event coordinators and equipment specialists who will answer any questions you have. If you need a piece of equipment not listed in this price guide, please call! We have many items not listed here and are always adding even more merchandise to our large inventory.

Pricing
Delivery and pick-up service is available. Standard delivery charges are for normal ground floor delivery on a business day prior to the event and pick-up on a business day afterwards. Special delivery and pick-up situations must be arranged in advance to ensure timely delivery of all orders. Upon pick-up, items must be consolidated in one location. Please have items folded, stacked and packed as delivered.

Cleaning
Please return all dinnerware, flatware, glassware and all other foodservice equipment clean of all food debris to avoid additional charges.

Breakage
We do charge replacement costs for missing, broken or water damaged items. Please save and re-use all packaging of items, as it can help reduce transport breakage and prevent future price increases.

Damage
We offer a Damage Waiver as an optional additional charge, which will cover damage on most items rented. The Damage Waiver does not cover missing or lost items.
